Kindly be informed that the Energy Fitness Center is on 5th Floor, B Building.

 

★ January 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026

|   Gym: Opening Hours 06:00–22:00

|   Steam Room & Dry Sauna: Opening Hours 07:00–21:30

 

★ June 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026 (the swimming pool will be open).

  |   Gym: For guests aged 16 and above (born on or before 2010.06.01)

     Opening Hours: 

  06:00-22:00

  |   Steam Room & Dry Sauna: For guests aged 12 and above (born on or before 2014.06.01)

     Opening Hours:

  07:00–13:00

  13:30–15:00

  15:30–17:00

  18:00–19:30

  20:00–21:30

  |   Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi: For guests aged 3 and above (born on or before 2023.06.01)

     Opening Hours:

  13:30–15:00

  15:30–17:00

  18:00–19:30

  20:00–21:30 (The last entry time is 21:00)

 

1.The maximum for one duration is 25 pax (including companions).

2.Please register personally at the Energy Fitness Center 10 minutes prior to the opening hours.

3.Locker room and bathroom services stop at the end of the session.

4.To attend the next session, you must leave and re-register at the counter.

5.Usage is limited to the number of guests allowed by your room type. Additional charges apply for extra guests.

6.No refunds will be given if access to the Energy Fitness Center is not available.

7.The first Monday of every month is maintenance day. The Energy Fitness Center will be closed.

8.To ensure safety and hygiene, please wear swimsuits, swimming trunks, and swimming caps in the pool. The use of large inflatable rings, fins, snorkels, and paddle boards is prohibited.

 

1.Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the Steam Room or Sauna.

2.Only guests aged 16 and above are allowed to use the fitness center. Proper sportswear and sneakers are required.

3.Please bring your room key card when entering the Energy Fitness Center.

4.The first Monday of every month is maintenance day. The facility will be closed.
