Kindly be informed that the Energy Fitness Center is on 5th Floor, B Building.

➤Steam Room and Sauna:Morning Opening Hours: 07:00 - 13:00
➤Swimming Pool + Gym, Steam Room and Sauna:
Afternoon Opening Hours:
Session 1: 13:30 - 15:00
Session 2: 15:30 - 17:00
Session 3: 18:00 - 19:30
Session 4: 20:00 - 21:30
※ The outdoor swimming pool is open from June  to October , 2024.
Fitness Center Swimming Pool Usage Regulations:
1. Registration: On-site registration is required. Please queue at the counter on the 5th floor of Building B 10 minutes before the opening time with your room key card.
2. Usage Time: 1 hour 30 minutes per session, including 30 minutes for environment cleaning and water quality inspection. Each session accommodates up to 25 people including companions.
3. Prohibited Items: Large inflatable swimming rings, fins, snorkels, and paddles are not allowed for safety reasons.
4. Age Restrictions for Swimming Pool: Children must be at least 3 years old to enter. Those under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult and everyone must wear swimming attire and swim caps.
5. Age Restrictions for Steam Room and Sauna: Children under 12 years old are not permitted to use these facilities.
6. Age Restrictions for Gym: Users must be 16 years old or above, wear sports shoes and sportswear.
7. Equipment Maintenance: The first Monday of every month is reserved for equipment maintenance and the facilities will be closed.

VAT Refund Guidelines for Foreign Travelers

 
Hotel KUVA Chateau is a Tax Refund Shopping (TRS)-posted store, which has the approval of Taipei National Tax Administration, Ministry of Finance.
Foreign travelers, who make purchases of at least  NT $2,000 at Hotel KUVA Chateau on the same day, are eligible for a refund of the 5% VAT paid on those purchased goods. To claim the refund, it is necessary to apply at the port of the departure from the R.O.C. within  90 days following the date of purchase, and should take the purchased goods out of the country.
If you need to apply for the tax refund, you may obtain an application form for VAT refund at the first floor’s tax refund counter.
Requirement for VAT Refund:
Foreign travelers holding passports from countries other than the R.O.C., travel documents or R.O.C. passports without personal ID numbers attached.

【Prohibition of Harassment and Disclosure of Sexual Offenses】

 
Kuva Chateau Hotel (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel") aims to prevent and address incidents of harassment by providing a harassment-free work environment. In accordance with Article 13 of the Gender Equality in Employment Act, Guidelines for Complaints and Disciplinary Measures for Workplace Harassment Prevention, and Article 7 of the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, the Hotel has established the "Guidelines for the Prevention, Complaint, and Investigation of Sexual Harassment at Kuva Chateau Hotel" and hereby makes the following public disclosure and statement:
  1. No person shall engage in sexual harassment or sexual offenses against others.
  2. Those who commit sexual harassment shall be subject to a fine of no less than NT$10,000 and no more than NT$100,000 according to the law. If the harassment is committed using one's authority or position, the fine shall be increased by one-half.
  3. Individuals who engage in sexual harassment or sexual offenses against others shall bear legal criminal and civil liabilities.
