酒廠介紹：
以色列，一個具有古老歷史且位於歐、亞、非三塊大陸的交界位置的國家，在這個鄰地中海的國度裡有著一間非常受矚目的新酒廠，它是以色列第一家麥芽威士忌酒廠「Milk & Honey Distillery (M&H)」，中文直譯稱為「奶與蜜蒸餾廠」。以色列的氣候日照充足，夏季炎熱與台灣類似，曾由前台灣噶瑪蘭首席顧問Dr. Jim Swan所指導。本場品酩會將由M&H台灣區代理的人上人實業有限公司負責人Michael Hsieh主講介紹，想要認識這間新酒廠及探索來自地中海不同風味威士忌的朋友，切勿錯過這次機會!
二、品牌故事：
奶與蜜蒸餾廠(Milk and Honey Distillery)，其名聖經舊約《出埃及記》中流淌奶與蜜的應許之地，為以色列第一間威士忌酒廠命名。奶與蜜蒸餾廠由前噶瑪蘭顧問史旺博士(Dr. Jim Swan)指導，故其橡木桶管理跟Kavalan師出同門，也大量的使用STR橡木桶。奶與蜜蒸餾廠位於以色列特拉維夫，一年有300天以上的日照，夏季高溫達攝氏40度，氣候條件非常適合威士忌的快速熟成。 奶與蜜蒸餾廠於2013正式營運，在2023年即獲得2023WWA世界最佳單一麥芽威士忌的殊榮，成立不過十年光景即獲得威士忌界最高榮譽的肯定，在威士忌蒸餾廠領域內是極為傑出的表現，值得所有喜愛威士忌人上的關注。
